Rolf Harris is a clever chap, with his 1969 Christmas number
one record staying at the top spot until the end of the
year and into January he had number one records in the 60's
and 70's. More than this Rolf also sang on Band Aid two
which was the last number one of the 80's. So with just
two records Rolf has had number one hits in the 60's, 70's,
80's and the 90's. How did he didgeridoo that.
Another notable number one tune from 1970 was Spirit in
the sky. This one hit wonder from Norman Greenbaum made
two more returns to the top spot. The first was in 1986
with Dr and the medics, the second was for comic relief
and by Gareth Gates and the Kumars in 2003.
